Now that this year is coming to an end, I like to look back on all of my favorite moments of 2018. The times I will cherish and hold as forever memories. While this year had its fair share of hard times, it also had some great ones.
Here’s My Memorable and Favorite Moments of 2018
Day Trip to Holiday World and Splashing Safari
This family day trip back in the summer was lots of fun. Just us and the kiddos before our daughter and her family moved to Hawaii. I knew it was going to be one of our last adventures for a while together so we went all out. It was a day of coaster rides and water park adventure. We all had a blast.
My Son’s High School Graduation
Although this was a sad moment for me this year, it was also a proud and happy time. My baby boy graduated high school. I could not believe how fast he had grown. Now, he is in college and on the Dean’s List. We’re so proud of our intelligent and loving son. He studied hard and is out to make his mark on this world and I know it will be a great one.
Although this was not in 2018 (December of 2017), it was the last family photo of all of us and therefore it is a perfect moment for me which I will cherish always. Hopefully, in 2019 we will take our next one in Hawaii.
Fall Creek Falls State Park
Another day trip for us this year was to Fall Creek Falls State Park. This trip was a fun adventure where we decided to hike down to the bottom of the waterfall. The park had several falls and all were beautiful. Since the run off was slow during that time of the year, we were able to walk around at the bottom of the falls.
Have a fabulous New Years eve tonight and I am looking to a fun and adventurous 2019!
